Based on the research we’ve done, it has been decided that we will not allow deepfake images or videos to be posted on the chat rooms or message boards, publicly, privately or in VIP rooms.

If you are reported for sharing such images, you are liable to be banned from 321SexChat.

Deepfake images of your own images (ie yourself) can be posted (for now) but must explicitly state that they are deepfakes.

What makes you say a differentiation is not being made? The rule as described clearly relates to deepfake images, as you defined them yourself. Btw it is not "at best a grey area of law" in an increasing number of jurisdictions, including in the UK (where a good number of 321 users live) where the making and sharing of deepfake images is illegal under the Online Safety Act 2023, several states in the USA, and probably elsewhere. But more than that, it is morally abhorrent wherever you reside

I am not saying deep fakes should be allowed... putting people who do not consent in adult pics IS WRONG ON EVERY LEVEL.
Is using an online makeup app a deepfake? Is photoshopping a pic to make it look better with airbrushing a deepfake? If photoshop is deepfake, then almost every pro pic will not be allowed here BTW.
It's the terms used in each case that matter AND CONSENT!
You seem to be a little angry and defensive with my comment.... and it is a grey area of law as Canada (a big country) has no laws covering this, the US has patchwork of laws in some states.... UK has a law, that leaves A LOT of the world not covered! My point is that laws have not kept up with the digital age and part of that is they do not understand the tech.

What's your point? You've defined what a deepfake is, so has CM. I don't disagree that lawmakers in Canada, the US at a federal level, large parts of Europe and elsewhere need to catch up. I'm not "angry" I'm just wondering why you focus on a legal "grey area" as you call it in *some* jurisdictions when, if we can agree that the nonconsensual creation and sharing of images passed off as nudes of *actual* people (usually women) is grotesque and repugnant, you could just welcome the site making the correct decision to ban the practice instead of nitpicking about things that nobody has suggested banning. You either support the ban or you don't, if you do, stop obfuscating and scaremongering about things nobody was talking about

This is not a no deepfake are not allowed.... its a no AI enhanced pic! So all pics that have been altered in ANY way must now have it ON THE PICTURE that it has been digitally altered! That's my point! ALL pro pics are digitally altered! Every porn pic people post here has been altered before it went public!

I think what you should do it just not post any images.
