Why banded when i am vip

I would like a appeal from being banded I wasn't on when it happened and I feel I was framed and traped if I did something wrong I see a lot of things on here like (13f if you want to chat go to telegram ) and they don't get banded I have vip and you still band me I feel thats wrong and want to get reinstated please .
