Unable to log into my Account

My account username was EM4U. But I logged off to go on BobbyNds account. I tried to log back to EM4U but it didn’t recognize my pw and didn’t recognize my email address ([email protected]). I opened another account called “Emmy” but with my old email address (same as above I can’t send personal messages on it? I really would like to get access to my original “Em4U” as I have so many friends on it.

Please help. Thank you.

So I am gonna tell you, that they are not going to help you and the secondary account that you signed into is going to be banned as sharing an account is against site rules. Sharing your email isn't going to help your case either as likely they will consider it sharing personal details/ socials. They do not help with lost accounts. As for the new account that you opened you just need to change the DM settings by going to your profile settings > More > Preferences > Private chats > On/ or members only > Save. My advice would be take this post down before you get smacked.
