In general,
simply don't spam and enjoy "content" before flooding.
If im not mistaken, The PornRoom and Older4younger are the only 321Owned Rooms with no timelimit between uploads.
Other Rooms most times have their rules posted in the green Box when you enter. If still not sure, ask a RoomMod to post the rules

That's going to depend on the room, and sometimes even moderators. Busier rooms, such as Older for Younger might ask for a slightly longer time gap than quieter rooms. Some rooms will have it in their rules. Look out for moderator posts, and if they say to give a bit longer then wait. A good rule of thumb is to watch the timestamp when you post and then give it a couple minutes if the room is crowded or busy.
A couple months back, spamming gifs and other pics became a big problem in OfY to the point moderators had a hard time dealing with bots, and people couldn't chat in main. We were asked to enforce more of a time span between posts to help encourage folks to find their way to the porn room.
As said, it depends on the room. Feel free to message a GM who is working a specific room, and they will be more than happy to tell you if the room has a time limit between images and gifs.
Older For Younger doesn't have a specific waiting time between gifs/pics but that doesn't mean it's unlimited. Far from it. As SouthernTuxedo said, the time varies based on room conditions,

OFY is a chat room first, where porn is allowed, but in moderation. Because of the size of the room it can easily get out of control with gifs/pics and the staff will react to try to make things more manageable.
