Talk, or allow for debate and argument? Those are not the same things. Discussion regarding the violatiin committed is only useful if it is evident that the person who committed the violation does not intend to commit another one. Ignorance to nuance is not the same thing as entirely ignoring site rules.

More often than not, people don't want to have an appropriate discussion - they want to rant, vent, blame everyone but themselves and feel entitled to get their way regardless of the seriousness of their violation. So once again, what would you recommend from your armchair of judgement?

I’ve requested for an appeal for a while now, and only ‘solution’ I’ve received is something that is already known and is not a valid response or solution.

Please improve appeal system so that people who look after appeal are actually working to help come to a resolution quick, instead of delaying and just running in circles.

There are certain things that are a guaranteed ban no matter what. If you do those things, no amount of talking will change the fact that you are, and will stay, banned from the site. Those things include underage ANYTHING (including age play), bestiality, scat, exposure, solicitation, hate speech, and continually violating other site rules.

If you've done any of those things, I suggest you realize that just "talking to people" isn't going to fix anything. Just like a business in real life where the owner and staff have the right to refuse customers if they act in ways that are not allowed, 321SexChat has the right to ban users who act in ways that violate site rules, and to not allow those people back on the site.

You are not entitled to the solution you desire just because you desire it.

I completely agree with what you say.

My only desire for unban is so that I can delete my account and not return back.

I’ve followed the advise that I’ve been given to by you guys, but haven’t received any support or relevant feedback.

I’m just looking for an answer what the next step will be or what needs to be done. I just want my account unbanned so that I CAN DELETE IT.

It just seems like staff members are just dodging the question, not responding directly, delaying response and doing everything possible besides answering or advising to my query.

Staff members just liking each others replies and not answering the question or giving clear advice
