By posting on 321SexChat.com message boards, you agree that your contributions become part of the message board's structure and community. To maintain the integrity and continuity of discussions, posts may remain visible even after a takedown request.
In cases where a takedown request is granted, 321SexChat reserves the right to anonymize or redact identifying information rather than remove the content entirely. Exceptions to this policy may include:

Questionable Content

Content that encourages criminal activity will also be removed.
Personal Information
Do not post personal information such as your home address, phone number, or email address. While social media links may be included in your profile, please use separate accounts for professional and personal profiles to protect your privacy.
Private Messages & Emails
Do not use the forum's private messaging or email (disabled at present) system to spam members. Any attempt to spam will result in an immediate ban.
Impersonation and Account Misuse
Impersonating another user or attempting to access another user’s account is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban. Accounts created with the intent to provoke or harass others will also be banned.
Circumventing a Ban
If you are banned, bypassing the ban by creating new accounts is not allowed. This will result in an extended or permanent ban. Our policy is to give one warning by way of a ban that is appealed; further violations will lead to a ban that is permanent.
Post in the Appropriate Forum
Please ensure you are posting in the correct forum based on the topic. Off-topic posts will be moved to the appropriate section or may be deleted.
No Duplicate or Repetitive Posts
Posting the same message repeatedly or in multiple forums is disruptive and will be deleted. If you have not received a response, please be patient.
Media
You may create public or private photo albums to share with others, but please ensure they are in line with forum guidelines.
Profanity
Use of offensive language should be kept to a minimum. Abusive or inflammatory language is not tolerated.
Obscene Material
Pornographic content within our chat room rules are permitted. URLs or links to adult sites are welcome once they're within the topic and not promoting. Links must be safe and you click any link at your own risk.
Flaming, Bashing, and Trolling
Personal attacks, hate posts, or posts designed to provoke negative responses will not be tolerated. Trolling is strictly forbidden.
Spam
Spamming the forum with irrelevant or empty posts will result in removal. Spam includes posts that are just emoticons, single words like "LOL" or "hello," or repeated messages. Use the "edit" button to update your posts.
Signatures
Signatures may not contain links or URLs except for images. You are allowed up to three images, but large images may be automatically resized. Repeated violations may result in a temporary or permanent ban.

Please do not post requests to become a moderator. If moderators are needed, we will initiate the recruitment process.

Flashing images or animations are not permitted in signatures or posts, as they can trigger photo-sensitive reactions in some users.

Free Speech on Message Boards: A Clarification
Lately, there’s been an ongoing issue with individuals disrupting discussions on this message board, often citing "free speech" as a justification for off-topic behavior. I’d like to take a moment to clarify why this isn’t a valid excuse for derailing conversations.
First, it’s important to understand that free speech doesn't grant unrestricted freedom on message boards, email lists, or similar platforms—unless these spaces are specifically designated as open, unmoderated forums. Message boards are private spaces, even though they may be easily accessible or allow for anonymous participation. To illustrate: would it be considered free speech if I walked into a public church and began shouting criticisms at the preacher during their sermon? Of course not.
Moreover, the principle of "your right to swing your fist ends where my nose begins" applies here: free speech doesn’t give you the right to make statements that cause harm to others. That’s why many countries have laws against hate speech and similar harmful discourse.
Freedom of speech protects your right to express yourself without fear of legal consequences—provided that your speech does not incite violence. However, it does not protect you from the consequences of your speech within a private forum. This is a privately owned space, and as such, we reserve the right to ban users for any reason, as allowed by law.
Without clear rules and a defined scope of discussion, meaningful communication on a message board is impossible. If someone has a point to make that doesn’t align with the topic or purpose of this board, their “free speech” simply means they have the option to find, or create, another space where their message is more appropriate. Unfortunately, we’ve seen some individuals repeatedly make the same off-topic points, which only serves to disrupt productive conversation.
