Problem w buying Chat vip

I'm trying to buy a VIP for my friend. Something is wrong. I have tried with same card I used when I bought for myself and two other cards. All working otherwise.

Is this service broken?

It should be working fine.
Sometimes it takes a few attempts.
If you wanted to send me the last 4 digits by PM I can see if it tells us why but usually it’s just something that takes a few attempts.
