Old private room from past account still exists and has no owner

I had an old account on the site that I deleted because I needed a break. I was a VIP and had a room called "A Musical Place". When I deleted my account, I guess the room never got deleted because my admins kept it going, which is great and all because I am back and I would like to use the room again. The thing is, now the room is ownerless, and only has a single mod and no admins to my knowledge and I'd like to be able to edit some things and maybe advertise it in the news. So my question is if maybe ownership could somehow be transferred to my new account named MrSelfDestruct (which is also a VIP now) or if there is any other resolution to this I haven't thought of. Thanks for the help in advance.
