Not finding my account anymore

Not able to find my account at all. Not sure what has happened to it. When I try to reset my password it's telling me that there's no account with that email, but I even have the email to verify account when I first made it and it's the same one I'm trying to use now. I've bought vip and can show the bank statements if necessary

Go to the appeals thread to file an appeal. While filing an appeal, be sure to list all usernames for yourself.
