Negligence of Chat admins

Here I'm requesting to the site owner that your staff admins are not helping me ut with my ban problem. I have filed a thread appeal for a ban on 2nd of Oct. 2024 at 10.10 AM of Indian time zone. They haven't helped me yet. And left my appeal on a pending basis that when chatMaster will come your Account would be reviewed. But its been approx 30 hours there is no response from your admins
I have waited alot of time here so that they would respond to my appeal but they didn't.
This is such a negligence of your staff members. Which leads me to leave this site and even i wouldn't recommend any of my friends to be here or join this site ever again. If this is your hospitality. There is no response by your admins. Literally a poor help support.
I have asked them alot of times but they haven't replied me yet.

You’re assuming that your ban will be removed. It has been made clear to you that @ChatMaster will need to look at your appeal when he has time. Filing multiple duplicate appeals , emailing Admins and now posting your concerns on a separate thread is not helping.

When will it would be... ? It's been a day I'm waiting for it. And in his absence there should be somebody who may perform his duties and rectify the problems and issues to the users. Atleast ? Isn't it?

I’m not aware as to when he will review your appeal, but due to the nature of your issue, only he will be able to assist you.

You do realize that you are not the only person with an appeal waiting. On a site of over 2000 users, plenty of others are most likely banned as well. And those bans most likely happened before yours. Be patient, especially if ChatMaster is the only one able to review yours like you've apparently already been told. He has an offline life too, just as any other person on this site does, staff or not.

Let me clear something up here.
Your appeal could easily give me 30+ minutes of work. This is down to something that you did yourself. Not us.

By you being told that I need to review your appeal is actually the admins giving you a chance because it’s more than likely a ban that is expected to remain.

If you’ve want to appeal to the owner of the website then you may have to change your 30 hours waiting time to 30 weeks.

While it isn’t ideal you’re waiting more than a day, it’s a fact I have many other things to do before I can get to check some appeals which I do on chronological order only.

Ok chatmaster i was impatient due to some problems. Next time I'll be careful towards my acts please kindly help me out of this situation. And I'll not repeat it again.
