I've been kicked for posting "questionable age of females" in these pics and yet people with VIP's are flat out posting 14 yo's with nothing happening. Makes no sense. And yes I have screenshots that show it. There is nothing questionable about these pics and there is a clear met-art water mark on them. They make it so unenjoyable for people that like petite frames when you're getting kicked by overzealous mods for nothing.

Hopefully you’re reporting them, just as someone may be reporting yours.

If you’re having these problems then perhaps you’re posting too young looking type people. We can’t just them all the exact same.

Your images can easily become questionable regardless of watermarks or a site you’ve taken them from.

It’s hard determine someone age, it’s not you

The line between petite, young looking girls with underdeveloped body features and underage content is sometimes very thin.
The photos you posted by Iva (Ukraine model), photographer Albert Varin were published by Metart in 2015 and re-published on adult websites in 2019.
Iva was 19yrs when she started her career as photo model.
It took me 5+ minutes to research and verify the photos. Moderators simply don’t have the time to check every questionable pic. At a rate of 20+ postings per minute in major chat rooms, moderators would waste their time to verify what looks underage to the audience. Moderators must act quickly when it comes to illegal content and apply action to prevent the spreading/copying of the content.
You are right.. not all decisions made by moderators are 100% correct but moderators rather delete one (legal) pic than not deleting one (illegal) pic.
Please remember that moderators volunteer their time to keep the site safe for users from around the world.
You can help by posting only unambiguous 18+ content. Thank you for your cooperation.

If it was just coming down to deleting the picture that wouldn't be a problem. The problem is getting kicked and having the "questionable" tag on your account showing past "bad" behavior with no recourse. We don't know which mods kicks or bans and you and there's no argument without coming here. By the time you post a message about the kick, the time is over so what's the point. That's my biggest issue. I appreciate the time for the responses and understand the workload that is happening but I just think, it should be delete the pic and send a message on something like that where there's some sort of discussion rather than being so damn trigger happy on the kicks and bans while seemingly ignoring items by VIP posters at the same time. And as an FYI, I didn't flag the example I have because I didn't feel flagging something as inappropriate should be necessary with a mod in the room that is actively posting content that shows up right next to the items but I will act accordingly moving forward.

In my VIP room, we have a rule that it's up to admin discretion. Not everyone is great at telling someone's age, but I think it's always better to err on the side of safety with that.

and again...I get kicked now for 24 hrs for this pic claiming it's ambiguous. I don't understand. I've posted the pic several times in the previous weeks / months but now it's ambiguous. URG!

You’re better off leaving the website watermark or tag where you downloaded it from. That is usually one of the first things I look for when assessing whether or not an image is underage.

Rather than be at the mercy of someone's opinion, since they all differ, wouldn't it be easier knowing your pictures are being considered questionable, to just make sure you post ones that are obviously over 18? You're not going to get every mod on this site to agree on the age of a picture. Make it easier and more enjoyable for yourself, if it looks underaged, don't post it.

I’ve been kicked off for “spam” and I have no idea what I even did. I was responding to a friend of mine who listed her own pics. J went through the appeal process 3 weeks ago and have yet to get a response. I am still banned from the site, and I have been a registered member for a long time. I’m still waiting for some-any- response.

It’s 2 weeks and you had a response the same day.

is this a contextual thing "He was hung like a horse" is that considered bestiality? There is figurative and literal meanings in language? Do you review based on the context or just go straight to ban without reviewing that?

Yes we do consider the context, but you're using a hypothetical example that has little to do with context.

The phrase hung like a horse does not involve bestiality any more than saying someone is smart like a fox.

Anyone who feels they were unfairly banned should use the ban appeal thread in the forum to fill out an appeal form

i was just checking if its base on just the words or intent of content.

There is a line between role-playing given this is in part based on fantasies in chat and actual literal meaning.

Thank you for the clarification.

I own a VIP room, I will never understand why people get so offended when a post is removed. You are not getting paid royalties to post the pic. Accept the please don’t post again and move the freak on. In my experience it’s the arguments and rudeness when ask to not post something in a VIP room that gets u kicked from the room, not the actual picture. Unless of course you’re ignoring their rules and well that’s also your fault.
