Limited private sharing

I have been running into issues sharing images and gifs in private. I can be chatting with someone privatley and share/upload pics of gifs from my computer, but then they will stop loading. The system will show them uploading but they wont post into the private message. I've tried logging out and back in but it does not help. Any information you can provide would be appreciated.

The file might be too large. I've personally had issues uploading anything larger than around 7mb to my gallery and 10mb in main chat. Check the file size and optimize it if necessary (I use ezgif if that helps)
