Ello there , I’ve been using the site for a while now using my phones -safari private browser. No other vpn things or anything. When I use the site recently as of yesterday on my own service I’m banned. But I close the tabs connect to WiFi and goin again I’m perfectly fine to go in. I’ve done a ban appeal and always get the same answer if “user not banned”. These are two screenshots taken literally seconds apart with me just turning off my WiFi. I’ve cleared the cache of safari and even signed in using normal internet without the private browser and still banned while using my own service user name is Ruby10

Your IP or network is banned. If your account isn’t, then you’re fine.
