Ideas to Boost Mood & Mental Health

Half a year ago I met an old gf from decades back who's been sorting with mental problems most of her life. She was having a dip at the time and I asked to call me whenever she needed to talk. I guess I should have reacted last wednesday when she was so happy and talked about when we were young in a way I haven't heard her before. Friday night 7.23 she pulled her car in front of a fully loaded truck for an instant death. Her brother called me today and thanked me.. And I'm not sure I'm worth a thank you.. I didn't see it coming what she did. Anyway.. Rip dear A.

I uh.. dont know where to go from where i am. Just feeling like i always end up hurting those who i care about or those who care about me. i came tobuild connections, make friends and ...i failed to mind myself. starting to believe that i ..maybe i just should mybe stop trying

Making friends online is pretty easy .. but to maintain a connection over time and get to know the person better is a challenge.
The reward of any challenge can be a life changing experience.
 
It was therapy day for me today. I followed it up by hitting Planet Fitness. :) These are two things that really boost my mental health a lot right now. Listening to music and about to mod some. :)
 
In every bad dark rainy day there's always some glimpse of sunshine.. The trick is to try hang on to the ray of sunshine when life gives you nothing but darkness
