I am struggling to manage some triggers when navigating some of the larger rooms. How do y’all regular on a sex chat and manage triggers?

i originally made this post after seeing illegal smut being posted in a main room. it’s hard not to be triggered by content like that. anyways i guess fucked up people will exist. no use in getting triggered over it. Just report and move on, don’t go back to large rooms where it’s likely to happen. I spend a lot of time online and doing that just increases the chances of running into triggering content, so maybe also start by limiting screen time in spaces that are not well moderated. I also saw this cartoon maybe it can be helpful to others too.

Visit smaller chat rooms with topics that match your interests.. follow the conversations in main room to get a feel for the content.. check user profiles before engaging in any chats.. practice self-discipline and log off at set times.. play safe and have fun.
