It depends.
If you're muted in a particular room you need to contact the room owner or room admin.
If you're muted from site there are two options
1. You might see the timer when you try logging in.. hence once the timer turns "00.00.00" you can enter the chat
2. If there is no timer on your screen you can appeal on the below link and you need to select the prefix as "site muted"
Appeals for Bans / Kicks / Mutes / Room Blocks
If you wish to appeal a ban, a kick before it's due to expire, a mute before it's due to expire or a room block, post here. Only you and our staff can see your appeal. Other members cannot read your thread. You cannot appeal on someone else's behalf. TO GET A REPLY, FOLLOW THESE STEPS BELOW...

Login again and look at your Mute/etc notification, it will tell you.

Can anyone here help me get unmuted? I got banned for “spamming” for saying “cash app” as I didn’t kmow that was a word we could not say. Someone said it to me first but didn’t spell the whole word out and I’ve been on the site for a long time and love it! Really want to get unbanned asap. I filed an appeal but notice a lot of people say they don’t get replies
You can message any site admin to request they view your appeal. Maybe they miss one on occasion but nearly all, if not all, are viewed when posted on the appeal thread.
