    Will these features be returned to VIP Room owners?

    Also, even Yellowshields in a 321 owned room can "only" Quote, hide and delete. there's no difference to VIP Rooms. If its not a super extreme Site Violation, simply delete it. Or if it's very offensive report to a GM, easy to access now after one of the last Updates.

    Well, VIP Roomowner can Roommute/Roomblock user for up to 1 year. that's kinda "permanent"

    Defending Yourself would not get You banned, unless You break Siterules while doing so. Simply report those messages and don't instigate (of which we very well aware of, you like to do).

    If You are newly registered, check in your settings the Private chat options. Get on Your profile, click MORE, then preferences. That's where You can select. If its set to friends only, YOU can only message friends and those are the only ones able to message you
