Days ago I reported with clear evidence and screenshots an account that is scamming people for years on this website and constantly asking everyone In every chat to go offsite. That account is circumventing bans by making a new account and literally changing one character in the username and keeps doing the same over and over. This account is not banned yet even after I showed clear evidence of this with a screenshot.

I showed clear evidence and screenshots of a prostitute or an obvious scammer that is blackmailing people and asking for WhatsApp, iMessage, zangi, gmail. They didn't even bother to ask me for that account name.

I pointed out accounts circumventing bans and involved with "rape" and this is obvious from the "about me" of said account. As you guess those accounts are still not banned.

Reported also other things.

This is the answer I got from the moderators:

ChatMaster: "From what I can gather, you’re an absolute whinger and I don’t see why you bother coming here."

ChatMaster: "That’s my opinion of you from what you’ve gone on about here. Plenty of time to take shots and no time to click report."

@ChatMaster what's your opinion about youself? No need to answer and to dig your own grave any further as you have already said plenty enough.

Now you are trolling too. I was polite in my messages and I didn't insult anyone like you did. This was my first message:

"Hi. I was banned today by mistake. Someone asked me in private chat if I use telegram or kik. I said I don't use it as I only used session. My post was marked as spam. I apologise if I broke any rules. I was banned once before also by mistake and in that case I logged in with my old account ********** and I asked a moderator if I can get unbanned and I was unbanned that way. I did the same today but this time the moderator banned my old account also for "ban circumvention". Was never my intention to circumvent a ban. I have both accounts for years now and I just logged into my old account to ask for help and not to circumvent anything. Can you please unban my accounts. Thanks."

If you really think your reply and attitude to me reporting (with clear evidence and screenshots) obvious scammers and prostitutes/blackmailers on your site is appropriate. I suggest you contact a good specialist and have your head carefully examined.

My other messages were also polite and nothing like your insults. This is not a thread about my ban and I have explained your misinterpretations and taking things out of context in my appeal. I lied to an obvious scammer to mess with him/her, wow, please dude report me to te police immediately, lol, but simply stop pulling "conclusions" out of your ass based on it. Fact is you managed to ban me and accuse me falsely of "ban circumvention" while letting an obvious scammer who asked me for contacts offsite walk away freely and scam other people, lol.

Not just that you have misinterpreted things as I have clearly explained this and you know it. You also completely fabricated other lies. And after that first message I noticed moderators are making excuses and saying things that are simply not true so I made a new account and in few minutes collected evidence that clearly shows otherwse. And when I showed said evidence and screenshots suddenly PJBlack is "not reading this" and you start spewing insults like quoted aboove. Sorry dude, but I have screenshots that clearly show things you're claiming are not true at all.

Just to be clear, moderators act on reported PMs, chat posts, wall posts and profiles. If we do not see anything wrong then no action is taken.
I often see people report a profile and we will review but if there is nothing in the profile indicating an issue we are not going to action.
We do NOT action on heresy or screenshot as that can be fabricated and altered. You also may not see what specific action is taken. Not all of them show up with a banner telling you what happened and honestly, as a chatter, you have the ability to report. Staff and Owners take action... what happens to the chatter you report is irrelevant to you.
As we appreciate all chatters who help us by making the site safe it is not our responsibility,nor will we discuss actions taken beyond that.

If you do not like how the chat site is managed you are not required to be here and can delete at any time. If you enjoy your time here then I would suggest focusing on your positive experiences, friends and relationships and not worry so much about others. Happy chatting.

If your other messages were anything like your posts here, I find it difficult to believe you were absolutely polite and innocent. By posting responses and leaving out to what those responses are given, you are removing context. That elevates what you are doing to libel. You are throwing out a lot of accusations with no contextual evidence in an effort to defame an Admin and the Site Host (not Moderators by the way). This, again, leaves your intentions here questionable and likely is counterproductive to having your ban removed.

Come on, "fabricated and altered images" that's just an excuse. I have clearly said to the moderators that they can check this one account by checking at the chats of that account as it's simply asking everyone to go offsite on a daily basis. Or it's a simple matter of contacting said account like I did when I made the screenshot as all it takes is few minutes to be asked to go offsite by the said scammer.

As for the ban it's simply lack of context as ChatMaster is assuming the wrong things. Like to give a similar situation from one of the screenshots that I posted goes like this:

ME: don't have it just the official company one

And from this ChatMaster would conclude: "you invited someone to your official company email". As those are the kind of "conclusions" that he is making. And he would ban me and let the scammer go free to scam others. Is it so hard to conclude that this is not acually inviting anyone to an official company email but just messing around? And the said scammer as can be seen in the screenshots also asked for iMessage, WhatsApp, zangi, gmail and gave his gmail address without being banned at all. I just made excuses why not to give the contacts.

For the record I do have gmail and multiple ones at that. So like I said please report me to the police for lying to the scammer but making "conclusions" like ChatMaster does is simply too ridiculous.

And I admit that my language here is harsh in few places but as I said that's not the case in my appeal and you can for sure understand that this was provoked by ChatMaster spewing insults without cause or provocation.

Like I said this is not a thread about my ban nor do I care about it really.

There are multiple screenshots and it's ridiculous to "suspect" some faul play here form my side as anyone with just half a brain spending 5 minutes in the chat rooms will realize ChatMaster's and moderators claims are ridiculous just by the sheer amout of things going on that contradict their claims. And it would be hard to believe that they are not aware of it.

And like I said if you suspect that the screenshot is fabricated simply contact the account in question and you will be asked to go offsite in a matter of minutes. And ChatMaster could have simply checked the messages of said account as this is happening on daily basis. I explicitly said the username and made sure it's visible on the screenshot I gave. So you don't even have to believe the screenshot you can just check it for yourself.

I just concluded that if I wanted to it's easier to just make a new account than to deal with this, sorry for the expression "shit show" the ChatMaster is running here. As I have pointed out to him it literally takes to contact the moderators and point out your banned account to be detected as "ban circumvention". You really got me there as it's obvious that's what I was planning with my old account I made years ago :-) But the simple patterns like one character nickname change you can't detect.

So perhaps now I make a new account and instaed of "User Name"(The name of the old banned account) I'll just name it "UserName" or "User_Name" or "User-Name". Which one do you think is less suspicious? :-)

I think some people here are spending a lot of energy on silly accusations like me "forging screenshots" while you wery well know that's nonsense as you save the chat logs for some time and any screenshots I made can be checked against those logs and verified.

like I said to ChatMaster in my first post it's better from your side to say nothing that to dig your own grave any further. Like the obvious what might seem to you a clever way to change the subject and derail the conversation by focusing on my reaction instead of addressing your behavior.

Believe it or not, private messages are in fact private. You simply just need to tap on the report button. That’ll give moderators access to some of the recent logs in that private message.

I’d love nothing more than to ‘catch’ that person you’re referring to. But I’ll only do it fairly.

Really, you can't check MY "private message" I gave you a screenshot of and told you to check here in public and it the private appeals thread. Are you kidding me?

I'm not legally required to tap on any button and I made a valid report. And from a legal standpoint it's not a good idea for you to keep your head so deep inside your rectum that you're unable to flip the switch of your brain to ON as it's obviously set to OFF. Sorry for the harsh words and there's no insult intended just your reasoning, that is "conclusions" are not that amusing any more as it's getting old, and it seems like an descriptive way to express it.

And for the record the way I see your report button works is that it bans normal users and let's scammers walk away free so there's no point of using it untill you fix this. If it's not obvious to you why I'm not using it :-)

No matter what you think it is obvious what my intention was and I made it clear. My intention was to point to the absurdity of ChatMasters claim of "private messages are private" and that's what it is, just a graphic way of expressing how absurd it is. Also that it is not ok to turn the blind eye to reports of scam/blackmail which is highly likely in this case. There's nothing from legal standpoint preventing them from checking my report. And things don't work that way "if you don't like it you can leave" as that works both ways, is anyone forcing you to read this thread? Oh, and were your two cents when I posted insults that the ChatMaster was spewing? Those two cents of yours should apply to those as well then :-)
