So when someone lies can I defend myself?

Someone keeps saying I sell drugs to kids. It's the FreizenJanus dude. And he or she has another name. White hair elf simp dog anime thing. Idk. But he keeps telling everyone in the main room I sell drugs to kids. Idk why children are on his mind so much. Tell him post proof? Can I defend myself at all? I get ban for defending myself. But this may get you in alot of trouble. Defamatory comments promoted and not ban by staff........ seriously you gonna do something about it or not?

Of course you can defend yourself. Just avoid being abusive or insulting other users while doing so. If you're being harassed the best course of action would be to report that.

Either report them via the site report feature or take some screenshots and make a case with either of the staff members in private. Just be sure to provide unedited screenshots if you choose to go that route.

Staff won't be able to act without hard evidence. You'd have to provide it first. Only then it can be decided what action should be taken - if any. We can't act on hearsay.

Staff has been in there multiple times when it's said and nothing is done. And when I do defend myself I'm the one who is ban. The mods replies can't be "just block them" and let them continue to say that shit about me? Really? If I said that about a mod I'd be ban immediately. That'd be a double standard

It always depends on the specific case and details. I have no knowledge of your case so I can't comment on that.

Did you report that behavior or contact a staff member in private with evidence?

You can defend yourself, so long as it is within site rules. Though, I have to ask, if it isn't true, why bother? Just report it using the flag feature, or pull one of us into whatever group you're in when it happens.

Finding a different group isn't really bad advice though. I have found, more than once, that removing myself from the problem, solved most of mine.

Because it's a weird fuckin thing to say or even think about on a sex site..... that's why it bothers me

You give them the reaction they’re looking for by even interacting with them. Personally, I’d just report the messages and ignore them. Eventually they get bored and move on to someone else.

I’d tell that person to fuck off and ignore them. Nevertheless, I’ve sent a message that if they are making these statements, they’ll be banned if we see it.

Bullies shouldn’t be able to push people out of room because they can’t control their mouths. Ignore feature is great to not have to “see” the posts but them saying defamatory statements in a main room isn’t solved with that feature. It’s a shame some seem to be “above” the laws when it comes to diarrhea of the mouth.
