Appeal - no response?

3 days waiting and still no response about my appeal. Messaged the room mod and got told in polite words to sod off, nobody on here seems to give a damn not very good customer service is it?

How long does an appeal typically take please? I was talking with someone I’ve spoken to for a while and we were talking about a sensitive topic when it happened (clearly a mistake as I wasn’t even talking in a room). I’m worried he thinks I’ve ghosted him

In most cases we try to reply within 24 hours but sometimes it can take longer than that.
