Bug report: Username search functionality

Searching for usernames on the right side panel in chat seems to be bugged/not working properly.

You used to be able to type in partial names and it would show you all usernames containing that keyword.

At the moment it seems to only work if you type in the full username.

Not sure if this is a bug or intentional behavior, but I wanted to report it anyway.

It’s not a bug or error.
For now, substring searches have been replaced with prefix searches.

The reason for this is due to the lagging issues we’ve been experiencing.
