The only way to get un-banned is to file an official appeal on the appropriate forum page. Posting here will not change anything for you.

I suggest you have a look at the site rules again then. If site rules are violated, action is taken within proportionate response to the offense. The reason this keeps happening, presumably, is that you keep violating site rules. A review of those rules seems to be the best first step to not having any more actions against you.
