New VIP issues

Recently purchased VIP and ever since it was activated iv had a number of bugs with my account. Prior to this everything was working perfectly fine. Detailed below so they can hopefully be addressed.

1. Gender coloured circles.

The coloured circles on members posts has disappeared in main. If you open up the list of members in a room they are showing on the right but not in main.

2. Gender and age on members profile.

When I click on a members profile the gender and age are showing the broken image icon.

3. Gallery in member profiles broken.

If I look at a members gallery all the thumbnails are showing broken image symbol.

4. Missing 3 gallery slots from my profile.
As part of VIP I was supposed to get 3 gallery slots which have not been applied

Any help resolving would be appreciated. Happily accept a refund and revert back to a working account if it means resolving issues 1-3.

To validate I have tried it on firefox and Google on two separate devices and the above remains.

Iv also signed in as a guest and my guest account all the issues disappeared which validates that the bug is with my VIP account (screenshot attached).

Tried that, tried different browser's (edge, chrome and firefox). In private browsing, changing devices, laptop, two different mobiles and even mobile in desktop mode.
