Issue with gallery slot after purchasing VIP

Hi, so I purchased VIP membership yesterday and I got all the benefits except for the 3 free gallery slots as promised, I have one slot which I purchased with gold before purchasing VIP so kindly help regarding the same.

Update: I read other threads and added chatMaster as my friend and even after he accepted my friend request, I am not able to message him so kindly help

Add and send a message to ChatMaster on this Forum, as I'm sure you can appreciate he has a lot to deal with on site so it may take a while to respond, but he will .

I have read the thread above, and I have added him as a friend however it says I cannot contact his user on the chat part of the site. Am I supposed to message him on the forums board?

Wait for him to accept your friend request.(You'll get the notification regarding this "ChatMaster has accepted your req" something like that.. then you can text him
And make sure your private settings are enabled.
