The majority of women I’ve known like girth over length any day. Yes, they like it long enough to feel it, but the girth is what they enjoy most. That said, if you can get them off with a finger, then that should answer the question.
 
I think as with most things, it depends on the person and their anatomy. Most people forget that as men have different lengths and such, women also have different depths.

When not sexually aroused, the depth from the vaginal opening to the tip of the cervix can range from 3 to 4 inches for some. In one study, vaginal depth in participants ranged from 2.8–3.1 in when unstimulated, to 4.3–4.7 in during sexual arousal.
