Banned for not speaking English?

Our site is based in an English speaking country, and most of the site staff speak primarily English. Because of this, its near impossible to moderate properly when dealing with multiple languages in what can be a fast moving chat. As our site rules state (General Etiquette): All rooms are in English only except in specific rooms where it explicitly states other languages are permitted.

I would appeal it on the forums. Each situation is unique and we understand that you may not agree with how it was handled. The site admins do listen and ask questions during the appeals process also. So you may be able to state your case to them and have it removed.
