While these rules address the most common situations, they may not cover every possible scenario. As such, 321 Sex Chat Moderators have the authority to take appropriate action to maintain order and ensure the smooth functioning of the chat rooms. Violating any of these rules may result in an immediate ban, and users are not entitled to a warning.
Users are required to report any illegal content they encounter or receive, including private messages (PMs), as well as any knowledge or suspicion of users being under the age of 18. Failure to Immediately report such issues may result in accounts being restricted or banned.
Netiquette
Each chat room has its own unique atmosphere and expectations. For example, the BDSM Chat Room has its own traditions, which you can learn more about on that page. The Porn Chat Room allows explicit image links, while the Roleplay Chat Room encourages detailed storytelling. Take the time to explore each room to understand its culture and feel comfortable participating. There are rooms for everyone, or create your own!
General Etiquette Guidelines
Always obtain clear consent before engaging in any activity. Don’t assume – respect others’ boundaries to avoid any issues or potential bans.

If you private message someone and they do not respond, refrain from sending multiple messages. Do not circumvent a member’s attempt to block you from contacting them.
All rooms are in English only except in specific rooms where it explicitly states other languages are permitted.
No Gold Farming: Do not create multiple accounts or keep them active in order to artificially accumulate Gold Coins. This is considered exploitation and will result in action against your account.

General Rules
- You must be 18+ even if roleplaying scenarios where you change your age.
- Many rooms have their own themes and room-specific rules; it is your responsibility to know and follow them.
- Do not create any rooms that violate these rules.
Safety & Privacy
- Do not share any personal identifiable information or attempt to dox.
- Do not share your account or surrender it to another user.
- Do not share any user names or passwords for any site.
- Do not publicly share images or screenshots that show the content of your sent or received private messages.
- Do not save someone else’s images without their explicit consent. Watermark your images. Do not post copyrighted images.
Content Restrictions
- Do not share images or content that shows anyone under the age of 18 or otherwise depicts it, even if their actual age is over 18. It must be non-objectionable.
- Do not post racism. You will be banned without a chance to appeal.
- Do not post content that promotes violence or discrimination.
- Do not post content that is abusive, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Do not post or portray bestiality, blood, cutting, defecation, erotic asphyxiation, genital mutilation, menstrual bleeding, necrophilia, non-consensual pain/rape, torture, gaping, or vomiting.
- Do not post knives or any type of weapons.
- Do not post or threaten the use of revenge porn.
- Discussions or content involving illegal, ‘’no limits’’ or highly taboo subjects (as outlined in these rules) are strictly prohibited and will typically result in an immediate ban.
- DD/lg, Loli, and any other content that involves or suggests minors in sexualized contexts or any form of abuse, exploitation, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited on this platform.
Conduct Expectations
- Do not clone or impersonate chat members or staff.
- Do not hack, exploit, troll, spoof, or flood in any room.
- Chat room moderators are volunteers and must be respected at all times.
Platform-Specific Rules
- Do not post links to automatically download, such as .exe or .zip files. Many contain viruses or spyware.
- Do not post any forms of social media, including apps such as KIK, Telegram, Discord servers, and so on.
- Posting links to other chat sites is considered promotional and will result in an immediate non-appealable permanent ban.
- Do not share short links that redirect to other webpages. Many will automatically ban you.
- Exchange of goods and services, not limited to but including the buying and/or selling of images, videos, gift cards, cam sessions, promotional material, is strictly prohibited.
- Do not offer to send or receive any real currency. You may automatically be banned.
Do not argue with or question a moderator when you are asked to modify your behavior. Moderators are too busy to deal with each individual case and will likely ban you so it can be dealt with by ways of an appeal. Follow the moderator instructions to avoid being banned.
If you are banned, you are only able to return on a successful appeal. Do not create a new account to access the chat room. You can appeal your ban here.
These rules apply to your chat room profile’s photo, background image, about me section and your mood section. Do not directly or indirectly use it to target users in any way in the chat using your bio/about me or in your mood.
The sharing, publishing, or threatening to share intimate images (real or A.I. generated) of another person without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited. This includes any content showing nudity, sexual activity, or private/intimate parts of a person. Such actions are illegal under many jurisdictions and can result in severe penalties, including imprisonment. Online harassment, stalking, or persistent unwanted contact are also not tolerated.
We work with law enforcement around the world and will continue to report those who use our services to peddle illegal smut and abuse of children. A VPN will not hide you.
